In early June, I came upon this Bee in the underground sprinkler box in my yard. Near death with cold and wetness, I carefully lifted him using a twig, and moved him to the flowering rose bush near the property line. Since he was far too cold to do more than move bit by bit, I had plenty of time to go in the house and take a few photos. The others turned out fuzzy because the lense didn't focus on my subject, but my husband was very surprised by these photos since he hadn't seen them before today, since I also hadn't downloaded the pictures from the digital camera until just a few hours ago. The bee shows up very well in full view, by the way.
hubby fried the control box on the side of the house, and so to water the lawn I have to manually turn on and off the different zones in the underground boxes.

not a chance...I had them either locked up in the house or taking naps at the time...it still could bite and sting and my son would want to either squish it or run away and my daughter has no fear and would have grabbed it in her bare hands.

and who would watch the kids that I had left in the house unattended? I have no idea what his fate was, I was more concerned about the fate of my troublemakers...

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
